Day 25: Sunflare

We couldn’t live in a more perfect area. The sunsets are stunning. When asked years ago, where the one place I wanted to visit was, I always answered Ireland. I loved this country before I ever arrived. Falling in love with Daire just made me love it more. Its cold, its rainy, but I love it here. Within a 5 minute walk, Zoe has a wide beach to run free on and other dogs to terrorize. We can walk to get anything we need. We can walk to our favorite restaurants. We walk by this exact landscape to work.

Did I mention its beautiful here?

I do miss Florida. Mostly the warmth and constantly sunny days. But, I’m happy I live here. I’m happy we have this house to live in. I’m happy to have this perfect job. I’m happy to have Daire beside me every night and every morning. We are happy.

This is the beach at the end of my In-Laws road. Me, Daire and his Father went down after the BBQ in hopes of showing me the seals, but they were out swimming and it was too far for my zoom lens. Upgrade? ;)

We were getting crazy light during the sunset on Saturday. We took Zoe and some coffee and sat down by the Marina for awhile. Its become a regular thing in the evenings and I like it. Lots of people watching. One of my favorite things ever.

Mourne Mountains in the background and the city lights would be Newcastle, which is where we had Mothers Day dinner on Sunday.
